Building image processing & computer vision systems from the ground up

I'm a student in the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University, with a focus on image processing, computer vision, and 3D scene understanding. I enjoy building things from scratch — from stereo visual odometry pipelines in C++ to 3D scene reconstruction with Gaussian Splatting.

My work lives at the intersection of classical geometric algorithms and modern deep learning, and I care deeply about clean, well-structured code that actually runs fast. I'm currently exploring optimization techniques and point cloud processing.

Stereo VO trajectory vs ground truth on KITTI seq 05

Mini Stereo Visual Odometry

A from-scratch stereo visual odometry system in C++ using the KITTI odometry dataset. Implements feature extraction, stereo matching, and pose estimation without relying on high-level VO libraries.

3DGS Enhancement: Sky-Sampling & Sky Masking

Extends 3D Gaussian Splatting for outdoor scene reconstruction with a sky-sampling algorithm and sky masking that fix the well-known sky "collapse" artifact. Course project at Tsinghua University.
